• Conducting Psycho test and Interviews • Reference checks, including background • Direct Application via Post, E-mail, and Fax • Advertisement (Mail list) • Job Fair • People Management Prismas is also responsible for : - Providing Training and Development programs. - Providing Performance Review. - Providing the Reward and Recognition programs. - Providing all Administration System. - Managing all Legal matters. - Regularly visit the employees and disciplinary control with 1-2 persons in charge of maintaining the employees in client company. - Up-dating client on Manpower Rules and Regulations. - Reminding the client of termination and extension at least 1 (one) month before the expiry date. - Advising client on controlling the costs of outsourced manpower. - Providing the Payroll System. - Managing Time Sheet and Leave Form. - The employees' salary will only be deducted for Income Tax (PPh 21) and Jamsostek based on the government rules. |
